The first issue discussed at the meeting was draft law 1591-7 "On amendments to Article 3 of the Law of Omsk region "On the regulation of forest relations in the Omsk region." Bill developed in order to bring regional legislation into compliance with federal and clarifies the powers of other executive authorities in the region forest relations. After the discussion, parliamentarians recommended that the Legislative Assembly adopt the law.

During the work, the committee deputies heard and took note of the implementation information regional program of the Omsk region to improve the quality of water supply in period from 2019 to 2024 in 2022 year.



Parliamentarians got acquainted with the report "On implementation of the regional project "Forest Conservation", aimed at achieving the goals of the federal project "Forest Conservation" in 2022" and took note of this information. It was noted that all events aimed at ensuring a balance between forest disposal and restoration in 2019-2022 years, completed in full.



According to the agenda, it was presented information on changes in federal legislation in March–April 2023 by area activities of the committee and the need to amend regional laws.



In conclusion Deputies were given information about draft federal laws and appeals legislative (representative) bodies of state power of the subjects Russian Federation, received by the committee in March – April 2023.
