The round table adopted participation of deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region; representatives Ministry of Health of the Omsk Region; Ministry of Finance of Omsk regions; Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund of Omsk regions; Territorial body of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere health care of the Omsk region; Commissioner of the Omsk Region for Rights person; Public Chamber of the Omsk Region; prosecutor's office of the Omsk region; medical institutions of the Omsk region; Omsk Regional Union of Trade Union Organizations "Federation of Omsk Trade Unions" and other departments.


Issues discussed at the meeting organizing and conducting quality control of medical care in medical organizations of the Omsk region and the effectiveness of operational responding to citizen requests on issues of quality and accessibility medical care, first of all, from the position and official information Ministry of Health of the Omsk Region.



In addition, the results of the work were heard territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance of the Omsk region for expert control of cases of medical care and citizens’ appeals to in the field of compulsory health insurance in the Omsk region.

In accordance with the round table program issues of organizing and conducting quality control of medical care were demonstrated using specific examples of the Bolsherechensk Central District Hospital and BUZOO "Clinical Medical and Sanitary Unit No. 7".
