The first issue was a detailed consideration of amendments from committees and parliamentary deputies received to the draft law “On the regional budget for 2016”. They concerned, in particular, increasing the volume of funding to ensure equal accessibility of public transport services, for the construction and repair of rural roads, support and development of physical education and sports, culture through the redistribution of budget funds. Based on the results of the discussion, it was decided to recommend that the Legislative Assembly support the conclusions of the committee on amendments and adopt the Law of the Omsk Region "On the Regional Budget for 2016".
In all readings, the committee decided to recommend that the regional parliament adopt the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region "On budget process in the Omsk region", developed in order to improve the procedure for considering the draft law of the Omsk region on the regional budget, as well as in connection with the changes made to Article 217 of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation by Federal Law No. 311.
On the agenda of the meeting, issues were also considered on the report of the Election Commission of the Omsk Region on the receipt and expenditure of funds allocated from the regional budget for the preparation and conduct of elections of the Governor of the Omsk Region, on information on draft federal laws received by the committee, and others.
