The main question at the meeting - about the draft law of Omsk region No. 888-6 "On the regional budget for 2017 and for the planning period 2018 and 2019" (preparation of conclusion
on the compliance of the submitted documents with the requirements of Article 12 of the Omsk Law region "On the budget process in the Omsk region").
Having discussed this issue in detail, the committee noted that the composition of documents and materials submitted to the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region by the Government of the Omsk region in a package with the draft regional budget for 2017 and for the planning period 2018 and 2019, corresponds to the established list. The committee decided to recommend Send the draft law to the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Omsk region No. 888-6 "On the regional budget for 2017 and for the planned period 2018 and 2019" to the committees of the Legislative Assembly of Omsk region, other subjects of the law of legislative initiative, in Chamber of Control and Accounts of the Omsk Region to prepare opinions on the said bill containing proposals for its adoption or rejection, as well as comments and suggestions on the main indicators of the regional budget, considered in the first reading. In addition, it was decided to propose to the Chairman of the Legislative Meetings of the Omsk region to schedule public hearings on the regional draft budget for 2017 and for the planning period 2018 and 2019 as of November 22, 2016 at 15 o'clock in the conference hall of the Government of the Omsk region.
