Deputies considered a few questions. The main one is the draft law “On Amendments to the Law Omsk region "On the regional budget for 2016", presented Ministry of Finance of the Omsk Region. According to the bill it is planned increase budget revenues and expenses. Additional appropriations are provided, in particular, for an increase in wages with accruals on it, including in order to ensure the level of average wages of certain categories of workers as part of the implementation of decrees President of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2012 No. 596-602, 606 and in connection with increase in the minimum wage from July 1, 2016, by provision of social support measures for the population, provision of subsidies for support for measures to ensure the balance of local budgets and others expense items.
