Commenting conference held in Omsk, Vladimir Varnavsky noted, in particular, that "it is important in the development interregional industry relations. Exchange of views of all interested parties showed great potential and prospects for integration, combining the efforts of science and production in the implementation of strategic state import substitution programs and current regional projects. As shown experience and successful cooperation will allow us to resolve many legislative, organizational, financial and logistical, as well as, most importantly, social issues."
