Thus, the Law of the Omsk Region "On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk region "On the state policy of the Omsk region in the field of investment activities" provides for the settlement of legal relations arising when implementing regional investment projects.

During the meeting, the Ministry of Finance of the Omsk Region presented to the deputies draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region "On regional budget for 2017 and for the planning period 2018 and 2019", directed to clarify the parameters of the law on income, expenses and sources of financing regional budget deficit. According to the document, the income and expenses of the regional budget will increase, and the budget deficit for 2017 will decrease. Total volume revenues for 2017 are planned to increase due to an increase in volume gratuitous revenues and forecast for tax and non-tax revenues.
Increase expenditures of the regional budget for 2017 are planned, in particular, for increase in wages as part of the implementation of the May decrees of the President of the Russian Federation (including interbudgetary transfers to municipalities of the Omsk region), providing social support measures for the population of the Omsk region, ensuring textbooks of municipal educational organizations of the Omsk region, conducting health campaign, implementation of budget investments in Target facilities investment program, for subsidies in in the agricultural sector, subsidies to local budgets to support the organization passenger transportation and other articles.
