On January 23, 2024, a round table was held dedicated to issues of additional gasification and regional support measures. During the work, the results of the implementation of the program last year were summed up, and the progress of payments and compensation to participants in the social additional gasification program was announced.

The discussion was attended by the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Omsk
region Alexander Artemov, deputy of the regional parliament, general director
Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Omsk LLC and Omskoblgaz JSC Evgeniy Elovik, representatives
gas distribution organizations of the region and relevant ministries and departments,
as well as Omsk residents.
Participants
"round table" noted that today from residents of Omsk
region, more than 20.5 thousand applications for free gas supply to
plot, more than 16 thousand contracts were concluded, over 10.7 thousand were executed -
gas networks were built to the boundaries of the applicants' land plots.

In 2021, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on free delivery
gas to the sites. Currently, deputies are actively involved in
implementation of the plan for additional gasification. It was in Omsk that the first
Consulting center for social gasification. Residents are asking for
clarifications on filing applications for accelerated social gasification and assistance in
preparation of documents for concluding contracts. I am sure that in 2024 the pace
We will not reduce the additional gasification.”
Also
Alexander Artemov noted that there are several types of
social support to reimburse the costs of work on site, purchase and
installation of gas equipment as part of additional gasification. Compensation from 100 to
130 thousand rubles can be received by 34 preferential categories of citizens, including -
participants of a special military operation and members of their families, disabled people and participants of the Great
Patriotic War, large and low-income families, pensioners, workers
budgetary sphere and many others.
