Deputies of the State Duma are invited to participate in the meeting The Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, senators of the Russian Federation, heads of regional legislative bodies of state power. The meeting began with the question “On draft federal laws received from the legislative bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for consideration by the Council of Legislators on issues of the Commission for the period from December 2023 to April 2024.” Next on the agenda of the meeting was the issue “On the implementation of the Strategy for the development of organic production in the Russian Federation until 2030.”



Legislators paid special attention to the problems of legal regulation of issues related to the measures taken to ensure the prevention of fires on agricultural lands and the fight against quarantine plants on them.



The Commission considered another equally important issue - “On the need to amend the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 10, 2022 No. 336 “On the features of the organization and implementation of state control (supervision), municipal control" in terms of non-extension of the "moratorium" on inspections within the framework of state land control (supervision) and municipal land control in relation to agricultural lands."



On April 26, a meeting of the Presidium will take place, as well as a plenary meeting of the Council of Legislators of Russia, which will be chaired by Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko and Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin. Issues of increasing the birth rate and supporting families with children will be discussed. , progress in the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation "Comprehensive development of rural areas" in terms of the integrated development of infrastructure in rural settlements.
