Today, October 20, 2023, at The Congress Hall hosts the key day of the International Forum of Social Entrepreneurs and Investors "INNOSIB-2023".

This year for the 12th time Representatives of the Government of the Omsk region gathered on one site, deputies of the regional parliament, members of public and non-profit organizations, social entrepreneurs from the Omsk region, various entities Russian Federation and foreign countries.



A special feature of the forum is this year was the participation of graduates "Schools of social entrepreneurship in Donbass." Issues of integration of liberated territories were discussed Lugansk and Donetsk people's republics into a single political and economic system of the country, development of social entrepreneurship and non-profit sectors in accordance with Russian legislation and consolidation progressive forces in modern conditions.



Before the plenary the meeting, the forum's honorary guests got acquainted with with an exhibition of projects and products of social entrepreneurs and NGOs of Omsk municipal district. Opening the forum, the speaker of the regional parliament Alexander Artemov thanked the participants for their activity and contribution to development social entrepreneurship in the region.

The guests were presented rich program: plenary session at topic "Economics and social sphere: together to a new quality of life", panels discussions, master classes, round table "National Environmental Initiative: directions and opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized businesses", expert club "Strong ideas for new regions", case zone "Best practices for the participation of social business in achieving national development goals", conference "State of environment and environmental education of the population of the Omsk region", photo exhibitions, demonstration of works of social entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations and other sites.



B Within the framework of the forum, a panel discussion "Drivers of Development" was held territories", moderated by Alexander Artemov. Participants reviewed the main factors that can stimulate progress in rural areas, while ensuring prosperity and comfortable living its inhabitants. In addition to out-of-towners heads of rural settlements shared their experience of working with the public our region, who were trained at the Center for Innovation in the Social Sphere as part of a project supported by the Presidential Fund grants.



Note, "INNOSIB" held in the Omsk region with 2011. Discussed on the forum issues of development of social entrepreneurship, promotion of useful initiatives and coalition interaction of all sectors of civil society. Throughout the history of INNOSIB in Omsk representatives of 59 regions of the Russian Federation and 21 foreign countries became guests and experts of the forums countries.
