The anniversary exhibition tells about the creation, formation and activities of the highest legislative (representative) body Omsk region.

As I said in my welcoming speech, library director Alexander Remizov, organization exhibitions in the regional library dedicated to the activities of the Legislative The meetings are already becoming a tradition. The first such exhibition was opened in 2009 the year when the regional parliament turned 15 years old.



Chairman Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Alexander Artemov emphasized that the first years of the formation of the regional parliament were inextricably linked with the economic and political situation in the country and region.



For 30 years it has been accepted for more than 2500 laws of the Omsk region aimed at social support of Omsk residents, economic development, innovative technologies, agriculture, entrepreneurship.



"The opening of the exhibition is significant event not only for Legislative Assembly, but also for the entire Omsk region. Extremely important today walk through the exhibition and see pages of history related to the Legislative Assembly: from April 12, 1994, when the first meeting took place, until today day,” Alexander Artemov noted in his speech. – At the exhibition you can read the originals of the Charter Omsk region, laws and regulations prepared and adopted within 30 years of activity."

As the speaker of the regional parliament said , for the anniversary "a lot of information has been prepared not only about the activities of the regional parliament, but also about deputies who are active in the districts, work with settlements, take part in events on the territory region".
