The working trip began with the opening of an improvement facility "Territory of safe Traffic" in the Irtysh rural settlement - a motor city - for preschool and school-age children, where children can learn the rules of the road in a playful way. The new facility was created as part of the regional project of local initiatives "People decide", which is being implemented in the Omsk Irtysh region on the initiative of the head of the region.

"As part of the project, public areas, courtyards are being improved in settlements, sports grounds and stadiums are being built. The most important thing is that residents themselves become active participants, initiators and co – authors of plans for the development of settlements and cities, " said Parliament Speaker Alexander Artemov. "This was emphasized by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his Message, saying that when solving problems related to the development of regions and municipalities, it is necessary to actively use mechanisms when citizens themselves determine which projects to allocate money for."



The next point of stay was Tatarskoye rural settlement, where a rally was held on the occasion of connecting the settlement to mains gas. Tatarka became the tenth locality in the Cherlak district to receive blue fuel. Gasification was carried out within the framework of the regional program by the regional organization "Omskgazstroyexploitation".

By the way, in the Omsk region there are several types of social support to reimburse the costs of work inside the site, purchase and installation of gas equipment as part of pre-gasification. By the end of 2025, it is planned to gasify more than fifty villages and villages in the region.  



Alexander Artemov and Vitaly Khotsenko visited the family of the SVO participant Ilya Rybalkin. The first officials of the region asked, in particular, whether they need any other assistance, in addition to the support measures provided for the families of SVO fighters at the federal and regional levels. The Speaker of the Parliament and the head of the region also visited Tamara Mezentseva, whose house was one of the first to be gasified in the village.

Guests of the district visited the production site of one of the largest agricultural enterprises of the Cherlak district - Andrey Konev Farm, where it is planned to implement an investment project for the construction of a livestock complex for 1,200 heads and a milking parlor. They also visited the field camp of a peasant farm and got acquainted with the progress of the harvesting campaign.



"The trip is very rich and useful," said Parliament Speaker Alexander Artemov. – I am always happy when new social facilities appear in districts, gas comes to homes - conditions are created for comfortable living of villagers. This is one of the most important tasks outlined by the Russian President.



Using the example of Andrey Konev's peasant farm, we saw how conditions are created for the development of animal husbandry. The construction of a livestock complex is an important component for the district's economy. The implementation of the project will increase the production of high-quality dairy products, create new jobs, and therefore receive additional taxes to the local budget, which will be used for further development of villages.

We visited a participant of a special military operation and talked with local residents. Current issues related to the development of the municipality were discussed with the management of settlements and the head of the district. We saw how the district lives, how federal and regional projects are being implemented, found out where there are unresolved problems, and what issues our fellow countrymen are most concerned about.

It is important for us to know the situation on the ground when passing laws and discussing regional programs and projects. And such trips help us a lot in this."




The extensive program of the trip to the district ends with an offsite meeting of the regional government. The agenda includes issues related to the development of the education system, construction and major repairs of roads, employment, provision of support measures to certain categories of citizens, and others.
