The seminar was also attended by representatives of local governments of the Maryanovsky, Moskalensky and Isilkulsky municipal districts of the Omsk region. The participants discussed a wide range of issues: changes to the legislative acts of the Russian Federation in the field of regulation of civil law and land and property relations; maintaining registers of municipal property; formation of a regulatory legal framework in the field of land relations in the Omsk region; the procedure for delimiting municipal property between municipal districts and their constituent settlements; procedure for registering ownerless real estate as municipal property.



In addition, they discussed changes in the regulation of public-private partnerships and the procedure for appealing decisions and actions (inactions) of authorized bodies. The seminar participants paid special attention to innovations in the Land Code of the Russian Federation concerning the powers of settlements in the field of land relations.
