By the profile of the funds committee of the regional budget are allocated to the implementation of national projects "Formation of a comfortable urban environment"; "Ecology"; "Clean water"; "Clean Air"; "Saving forests"; "Clean country"; "Integrated system for managing solid municipal waste"; "Small and medium entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives"; "Creation of a support system for farmers and development of rural cooperation"; "Expanding access of small and medium-sized entities entrepreneurship to financial support, including preferential financing"; "Acceleration of small and medium-sized entities entrepreneurship"; "Promotion of entrepreneurship" and some others.

Also within the framework of the regional budget it is provided for the provision of subsidies to bodies local government of the Omsk region to carry out complex cadastral works and activities in the field of land relations, implementation of the program "Development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural markets products, raw materials and food of the Omsk region"; provision of measures for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock.

IN within the framework of the state program of Omsk area "Development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural markets products, raw materials and food of the Omsk region" means of the regional budget is planned to be used to provide subsidies to municipal budgets formations of the Omsk region for the construction of gas distribution networks, construction and reconstruction of village water pipelines, implementation of integrated arrangement of sites for compact housing development in rural areas.

In the context of the program “Creating conditions to provide citizens with affordable and comfortable housing and housing and communal services services in the Omsk region" provides financial resources for the purchase and installation of local water purification stations, equipment for water purification and tertiary treatment in urban and rural settlements; purchase and installation of backup sources electricity supply; acquisition, installation of technological equipment, pipe products for heat engineering and water management purposes; repair water wells.
IN within the framework of the implementation of the state program of the Omsk region "Protection environment of the Omsk region" specific amounts of financial resources are provided for subsections "Waste collection, disposal and wastewater treatment"; "Protection of objects flora and fauna and their habitats."

Expenses regional budget for the subsection "Agriculture and Fisheries" planned for the implementation of the following state programs of the Omsk region "Development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural markets products, raw materials and food of the Omsk region", including subprograms: "Development of the sub-sector of crop production, processing and sales of crop products"; "Development of the sub-industry livestock farming, processing and sales of livestock products"; "Support for agricultural activities of small businesses and creating conditions for their development"; "Ensuring the implementation state program, conducting state control and supervision, carried out in certain sectors of the agro-industrial complex of Omsk area"; "Recycling and destruction biological waste; "Development of agricultural land reclamation destination"; "Development of vegetable growing in open and protected soil and seed potato growing"; "Development of dairy cattle breeding"; "Support for breeding, selection and seed production."

Expenses subsection "Water management" are represented by the state program Omsk region "Environmental protection of the Omsk region". Means provided for the provision of subsidies to local budgets for major repairs municipally owned hydraulic structures; construction of the Krasnogorsk water-lifting hydraulic complex on the Irtysh River, etc.

Expenses regional budget for the subsection "Forestry" are provided for in within the framework of the implementation of the subprogram "Forestry Development" state program of the Omsk region "Environmental protection of the Omsk region".
