Deputies considered the draft law “On the creation of family (ancestral) burial grounds in the Omsk region” in the second reading and decided to recommend that the regional parliament adopt the bill in the second final reading.

Also in the second reading, the committee discussed the draft law “On the budget of the territorial compulsory health insurance fund of the Omsk region for 2010” and amendments to it aimed at increasing the income and expenses of the fund. After discussing the issue, it was decided to recommend that the Legislative Assembly adopt this bill in the second reading, taking into account the conclusion of the Governor of the Omsk Region on the amendments.

In the first and second readings, it was decided to recommend that the regional parliament adopt the draft law “On amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region “On the budget of the territorial compulsory health insurance fund of the Omsk region for 2009.” Among other questions, the deputies heard and took into account information on draft federal laws, legislative initiatives and appeals from representative bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, received by the committee in November-December 2009.
