On November 17, 2022, public hearings were held on the draft law of the Omsk region No. 1556-7 “On the regional budget for 2023 and for the planning period of 2024 and 2025.” The event was attended by Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Vladimir Varnavsky, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region Valery Boyko, deputies of the regional parliament, members of the Government of the Omsk Region, representatives of regional ministries and departments, territorial government bodies of the Russian Federation, local governments, public organizations, business and citizens. The hearings were held in video conferencing mode. A live broadcast of the hearings was organized on the Internet on the official website of the regional parliament. 161 people took part in the hearings.

The Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region of Financial and Budget Policy held a regular meeting on November 17, 2022. It discussed current issues relating to the regional budget, reviewed the committee's draft work plan for 2023 and other issues. The meeting was held in video conference format.

This decision was made by the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region on Legislation and Local Government at its regular meeting held on November 16, 2022. Election bills and other issues were also on the agenda.

Yesterday, a significant date was celebrated in the Omsk region - the 95th anniversary of Omsk Radio. The participants of the festive event were welcomed by regional leaders. The exhibition “History That Speaks”, which opened at the Vrubel Museum, was timed to coincide with the celebration.

The document establishes legal relations related to objects of intangible ethnocultural heritage and the development of folk artistic crafts in the Omsk region. Another bill provides for new social payments to those mobilized. The Committee on Economic Policy and Investments of the regional parliament held a regular meeting on November 16, 2022. At the meeting, deputies considered four bills, two of which provide for expanding the list of categories of citizens exempt from paying transport tax and from charging penalties in case of failure to pay a contribution for major repairs of the common property of an apartment building.
