Dear residents of the Omsk region!

Today is a holiday for everyone who readily responds to someone else’s misfortune, selflessly comes to the rescue, gives his knowledge and skills to people. Volunteering has become the norm in Russia.

This is our society's response to challenges of the time. Many Omsk residents showed their best side when they came to assistance to fellow countrymen during the pandemic, supported our soldiers and their families during carrying out a special military operation.
