This is one of those holidays that unite the people, allow them to feel involved in the history of our Motherland and responsibility for her future.

The domestic tricolor has already been for three decades it has served as a symbol of the glory of Russians and is a witness to all events significant for the country. From September 1, every school week in Omsk schools will begin with a ceremonial raising or carrying out of the flag. Formation feelings of respect for the state symbol are an integral component patriotic education of the younger generation.
