Legislator

“The Legislator” is a socio-political television program about the activities of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, aired from 1995 to 2023. The program presented a chronicle of events from meetings of the regional parliament, its committees, seminars, meetings, scientific and practical conferences, parliamentary hearings and other events of the Legislative Assembly. The television program allowed residents of the Omsk region to learn about the bills being developed in the Omsk region, about the new laws adopted in the Omsk region and about the practice of their application. “The Legislator” was published once a month.

The TV show “The Legislator” was broadcast on the “Russia” channel - State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “Irtysh”.2007

	The release of the program is dedicated to the beginning of the activities of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region of the fourth convocation. At the beginning of the program, a public opinion poll on the election results is presented. The following is a report on the first meeting of the Legislative Assembly (March 19, 2007), issues resolved at the first meeting (formation of commissions, election of the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly, Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly). Presented are fragments of speeches by the Governor of the Omsk Region L.K. Polezhaev, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly V.A. Varnavsky, Deputy of the Legislative Assembly R.A. Bikbavov. 	The program "Legislator" (April 7, 2007) presents a report on the meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, held on April 5, 2007, issues discussed at the meeting: on the report of the Governor of the Omsk Region L.K. Polezhaev "On the socio-economic situation Omsk region and tasks for the medium term", on the personnel and chairmen of committees of the Legislative Assembly, on the draft federal law “On amendments to the Federal Law “On Labor Pensions in the Russian Federation” in connection with the establishment of the size of the basic parts of labor pensions”, etc. The program features interviews with the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly V.A.
