LEGISLATIVE

“The Legislator” is a social-political television program about the activities of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, aired from 1995 to 2023. The program presented a chronicle of events from meetings of the regional parliament, its committees, seminars, meetings, scientific and practical conferences, parliamentary hearings and other events of the Legislative Assembly. The television program allowed residents of the Omsk region to learn about the bills being developed in the Omsk region, about the new laws adopted in the Omsk region and about the practice of their application. “The Legislator” was published once a month.

The TV show “The Legislator” was broadcast on the channel “Russia” - State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “Irtysh”.2003

	The program presents a report on the meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, held on January 23, 2003. Particular attention is paid to the development and adoption of the Law of the Omsk Region "On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region "On Forest Tax Rates for Wood Sold Standing in the Forests of the Omsk Region". Fragments of speeches by the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region V.A. Varnavsky, the Governor of the Omsk Region L.K. Polezhaev, the Chairman of the Economic Committee of the Omsk Region S.V. Evseenko, the Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Issues of the Legislative Assembly A.V. . Bezzubtseva. 	The program "Legislator" (June 2003) presented a report on the results of the meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, held on May 29, 2003. The program examines the changes that were made by deputies of the Legislative Assembly to the regional laws on elections and referendums, and highlights the adoption of the Urban Planning Code of the Omsk Region and the regional target program “Healthy Woman – Healthy Child” for 2003-2007.” The following are interviews with the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly V.A. Varnavsky, deputies of the Legislative Assembly (S.N. Orkish, A.N. Strazhnikov), Deputy Governor of the Omsk Region V.F. Schrader, Chief of the Main health department of the Omsk region N.V. 	The release of the program is dedicated to the laws adopted by the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region in March 2003. In connection with the discussion of draft regional laws, interviews are broadcast with the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region V.A. Varnavsky, deputies of the Legislative Assembly (O.V. Shishov, A.F. Trippel), Chairman of the Economic Committee of the Omsk Administration region S.V. Evseenko, representatives of small businesses and residents of Omsk region. Particular attention in the program is paid to the official meeting of the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly V.A. 	The episode of the “Key Point” program (June 2003) is dedicated to the meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, held on June 17, 2003. Among the issues discussed are the elections of the Governor of the Omsk region, a report on the execution of the regional budget for 2002, approval of candidates for the positions of justices of the peace, etc. Fragments of speeches by the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region V.A.
