1. Results of the work of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for January-March 2014
In January-March 2014, the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region (hereinafter referred to as the Legislative Assembly) 3 meetings were held. 59 issues were considered, 78 resolutions of the Legislative Assembly were adopted.
On January 23, at a meeting of the Legislative Assembly, information on the activities of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region in 2013 was considered and taken into account.
The Legislative Assembly prematurely terminated the powers of the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region in the single regional electoral district from the electoral association "Omsk regional branch of the All-Russian political party "UNITED RUSSIA" M.M. Karakoz, in connection with his appointment to the post of head of the Main Organizational and Personnel Directorate Omsk region.
Subjects of the right of legislative initiative submitted 23 draft laws of the Omsk region to the Legislative Assembly, including:

Legislation on public authorities of the Omsk region
In order to bring regional legislation into compliance with The Budget Code of the Russian Federation adopted the Law of the Omsk Region No. 1610-OZ "On Amendments to the Law of the Omsk Region" "On the Chamber of Control and Accounts of the Omsk Region", which specified powers of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of the Omsk Region, methods of implementing state financial control. Law enforcement
Law of the Omsk Region No. 1617-OZ "Onamending the Code of the Omsk Region on Administrative Offenses" (hereinafter referred to as the Code) was adopted in order to bring regional legislation into compliance with federal legislation. The law excludes the powers of police officials to draw up reports on administrative offenses provided for in Articles 57-59 of the Code. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 64 of the Code, protocols on administrative offenses are drawn up by officials of local government bodies of the Omsk region.
Article 54 “Washing vehicles in places not designated for this purpose” has been excluded from the Code, since liability for this administrative offense is provided for in Article 6.3 “Violation of legislation in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population” of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses.
2.2. Legislation of the Omsk region in the field of budget and tax policy
