LEGISLATIVE

“The Legislator” is a socio-political television program about the activities of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, aired from 1995 to 2023. The program presented a chronicle of events from meetings of the regional parliament, its committees, seminars, meetings, scientific and practical conferences, parliamentary hearings and other events of the Legislative Assembly. The television program allowed residents of the Omsk region to learn about the bills being developed in the Omsk region, about the new laws adopted in the Omsk region and about the practice of their application. “The Legislator” was published once a month.

The TV show “The Legislator” was broadcast on the channel “Russia” - State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “Irtysh”.2002

The television program "Legislator" (July 2002) is dedicated to the results of the spring session of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region of the third convocation.
The first part of the television program provides an overview of legislative activities. The footage of the speeches of the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region V.A. Varnavsky, Chairman of the Federation Council S.M. Mironov.
The second part of the television program covers the issues of holding the International Economic Forum of European Regions in the city of Omsk on June 10-11, 2002, “Problems of energy saving, ecology and investment cooperation in the implementation of social policy at the regional level.” The speeches of the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region V.A. Varnavsky, the Governor of the Omsk Region L.K. Polezhaev, the President of the Foundation for the Support of Economics and Sustainable Development of European Regions (FEDRE) Claude Eguy are broadcast.
The third part of the program is devoted to the report on the execution of the regional budget for 2001. A fragment of the speech of the Chairman of the Committee on Financial and Budgetary Policy of the Legislative Assembly O.V. Shishov is broadcast.
