LEGISLATIVE

“The Legislator” is a socio-political television program about the activities of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, aired from 1995 to 2023. The program presented a chronicle of events from meetings of the regional parliament, its committees, seminars, meetings, scientific and practical conferences, parliamentary hearings and other events of the Legislative Assembly. The television program allowed residents of the Omsk region to learn about the bills being developed in the Omsk region, about the new laws adopted in the Omsk region and about the practice of their application. “The Legislator” was published once a month.

	The release of the program is dedicated to the problems of development of the northern regions of the Omsk region. The program includes: an overview of the seminar-meeting with the participation of deputies of the Legislative Assembly and representative bodies of local government, held in the city of Tara; fragments of the speech of the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly V.A. Varnavsky, an interview with the Head of the Tarsky District Administration P.Yu. Isaev, the Chairman of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Management of the Omsk Region A.G. Baskakov, deputies of representative bodies of local self-government ( Yu.V. Nikulin, V.A. Mironov, V.F. Ivakhnenko, L.I. Kopeikina). The author of the program is G.A. Zhurova.
	The release of the program is dedicated to the problems of legal regulation in the field of education. The program presents excerpts from an interview with the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly V.A. Varnavsky. The author of the program is G.A. Zhurova.
	The issue of the "Legislator" program (March 2001) is devoted to the regulation of land relations in the Omsk region. The program provides an overview of the seminar-meeting with the participation of deputies of the Legislative Assembly and representative bodies of local self-government, fragments of speeches by the Governor of the Omsk Region L.K. Polezhaev, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly V.A. Varnavsky, Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Issues of the Legislative Assembly A .V. Bezzubtsev, Chairman of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Management Omsk Region A.G. Baskakov, Deputy Governor of the Omsk Region V.Ya. Belevkin. The author of the program is G.A. Zhurova.
