Born 17 June 1954.

Place of birth: Sargatskoye village, Omsk region.

Citizenship: Russian Federation.

Education, specialty: higher, graduated from the Omsk Agricultural Institute in 1976, specializing in "agronomist".

Work experience:
1976-1978 - agronomist of department No. 5 of the Semyanovsky state farm;
1978-1979. - manager of department No. 2 of the Tikhvinsky state farm.
Since 1979 - chief agronomist of the Niva state farm,
since 1981 to the present - general director of Niva CJSC.
In 1998 and 2002 he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region.
In 2007 he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for Pavlograd Electoral District No. 21, deputy chairman of the committee on agrarian policy, natural resources and ecology.

In 2011 he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for Pavlograd Electoral District No. 21, deputy chairman of the committee on agrarian policy, natural resources and ecology, member of the committee on education, science, culture and youth policy.

In 2016, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for Pavlograd Electoral District No. 21, Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy, Natural Resources and Ecology. 

In 2021, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region of the seventh convocation for Pavlograd Electoral District No. 21, Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy, Natural Resources and Ecology, member of the Committee on Financial and Budget Policy

Current place of work, position: JSC "Niva", General Director.
