Having considered the draft Regulations on the Scientific Expert Council under the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region on Property and the submitted candidates for the Scientific Expert Council under the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region on Property, in accordance with Article 26.1 of the Law of the Omsk region "On the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region", the committee DECIDED:
1. To create a Scientific Expert Council under the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region on property.3. Approve the personal composition of the Scientific Expert Council under the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region on Property (Appendix No. 2).
4. Send this decision of the committee to the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region, V.A. Varnavsky.
