The Property Committee of the regional parliament approved the work plan for 2020, considered a bill on expanding benefits for certain categories of citizens and innovations in federal legislation.

Changes to existing regional laws and other issues were considered by the Committee on Legislation and Local Self-Government of the regional parliament.

The Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region announces the acceptance of documents for participation in the competition to fill the vacant position of the state civil service of the Omsk Region of the sector consultant for citizens' appeals of the support department of the apparatus of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region.

It was attended by representatives of the Legislative Assembly; Government, prosecutor's office of the Omsk region; Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Omsk Region; Budgetary institution of the Omsk region "Historical Archive of the Omsk Region"; Omsk City Council; Council of the Novovarshavsky municipal district of the Omsk region; Administrations of the Omsk and Okoneshnikovsky municipal districts of the Omsk region.

Financing of regional programs, including within the framework of national projects, expenses in the socio-cultural sphere and other items were considered by the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Youth Policy. On the agenda is the issue of the draft law “On the regional budget for 2020 and for the planning period of 2021 and 2022” in the second reading.

At the plenary meeting held today, deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region adopted in the first reading the draft of the main financial document of the Omsk Irtysh region for 2020-2022, laws establishing tax incentives in various sectors of the economy, as well as determining the conduct of an experiment on quotas for emissions of pollutants into the air and creation of an institute of public educators for minors.

The Committee on Legislation and Local Self-Government of the regional parliament held a visiting meeting on the issue “On the implementation of the subprogram “Creation of systems of hardware and software complex of technical means “Safe City”” of the state program of the Omsk region “Reducing risks and mitigating the consequences of emergency situations, participation in ensuring public order and public Security of the Omsk Region" in the Ministry of Regional Security of the Omsk Region.
