The Committee on Economic Policy and Investments of the regional parliament held a round table on the topic “On state support for the development of production of civil aviation equipment.” In addition to deputies of the Legislative Assembly, it was attended by senators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, representatives of executive authorities of the Omsk region, members of the Board of Directors of the Association of Manufacturers of Aviation Systems and Assemblies - "AVISA", representatives of industrial enterprises of the Omsk region, public and other organizations of the Omsk region.

The Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region on Social Policy held a visiting meeting today at the BUOO "Center for Social Assistance to Family and Children (with a social hotel)" with the participation of representatives of relevant ministries and departments, law enforcement agencies of the Omsk Region, Commissioners for Children's Rights and Human Rights of the Omsk Region , Public Chamber of the Omsk Region and other invitees.

The Committee on Agrarian Policy, Natural Resources and Ecology of the regional parliament reviewed draft laws developed based on proposals from districts and clarified the work plan for 2020.

The Committee on Legislation and Local Self-Government of the regional parliament reviewed changes to regional laws in order to bring them into line with innovations in federal legislation, as well as draft amendments to the Omsk Region Code of Administrative Offenses and other issues.

The issue of implementing the property privatization plan in the Omsk region in 2019 was comprehensively considered by the property committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region at its regular meeting. In addition, parliamentarians approved the concept of a bill amending the regional law on the implementation of local government reform.

Current issues of holding events in the Omsk region dedicated to the Year of Memory and Glory in the Russian Federation were the main ones today at a joint meeting of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Youth Policy of the regional parliament and the Youth Chamber of Deputies under the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region.

At the first plenary meeting in 2020, deputies discussed new draft laws aimed at protecting the interests of people with disabilities and the health of minors, important organizational issues, reports and work plans.

A meeting of the committee on legislation and local self-government of the regional parliament was held. It reviewed information about the activities of the committee, questions about changes to the Omsk Region Code of Administrative Offenses and other materials.

The Social Policy Committee of the regional parliament reviewed a new draft law in the field of employment of people with disabilities, information on the implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and other issues.

Changes to existing regional laws, work results and plans for 2020 were on the agenda of today’s meeting of the Committee on Agrarian Policy, Natural Resources and Ecology.

The agenda of the meeting of the committee on education, science, culture and youth policy of the regional parliament, held today, included a new draft law, activity reports and a work plan.

Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Vladimir Varnavsky took part in a joint meeting of the chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, at which the message of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation was read out.

Today in the regional parliament a ceremonial meeting of the Youth Chamber of Deputies at the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region was held, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the start of its activities. Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Alexander Artemov addressed the young deputies with a welcoming speech. Congratulations were heard from representatives of the Government of the Omsk Region, from deputies of the State Duma, the regional parliament, the Omsk City Council and district councils.

Today a meeting of the regional parliament was held with the participation of regional branches of political parties not represented in the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region. Making presentations, the leaders of non-parliamentary parties made various proposals for the socio-economic development of the Omsk region.

Issues about the implementation of regional laws and changes in regional legislation were considered by the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Youth Policy of the regional parliament.
