On July 13, 2024, festive events dedicated to City Day are taking place in Tara. Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Alexander Artemov and deputies of the regional parliament took part in the festive program. One of the significant events was the presentation of an album by local artists.

From July 11 to July 14, 2024, the final competitions of the 54th regional rural summer sports and cultural festival “Queen of Sports – Tara-2024” are being held in Tara. On July 5-7, 2024, the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, Alexander Artemov, was on a working visit to the Mogilev Region of the Republic of Belarus. As part of the trip, a meeting was held between the Speaker of Parliament and the Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Council of Deputies, Alexander Goroshkin. The parties discussed issues of interregional cooperation and plans for joint work. Alexander Artemov’s visit is aimed at further strengthening interaction between the regions of the union states and friendly relations between the two countries.

On July 6, 2024, Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Valery Boyko paid a working visit to the Muromtsevo municipal district, during which he met with the head of the district administration, assessed the condition of cultural objects, and took part in the opening of the park named after. V.A. Varnavsky, attended events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the district.
