At a meeting of the Committee on Agrarian Policy, Natural Resources and Ecology, held on November 18, 2021, deputies considered draft laws of the Omsk region “On amendments to Article 3 of the Law of the Omsk Region “On the regulation of forest relations in the Omsk Region” and “On amendments to Article 5 of the Law of the Omsk Region "On the regulation of land relations".

On November 18, 2021, the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region held public hearings via video conference on the draft law of the Omsk Region No. 1461-7 “On the regional budget for 2022 and for the planning period of 2023 and 2024.” A live broadcast of the hearings was organized on the Internet on the official website of the regional parliament. 175 people took part in the hearings.

The Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region of Financial and Budget Policy held a regular meeting today. At it, deputies discussed current issues relating to the regional budget, the powers of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of the Omsk Region (CCA), tax benefits, considered the draft committee work plan for 2022 and other issues. The meeting was held in the VKS format.

On November 17, 2021, a regular meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Committee on Property took place. It discussed changes to the regional law on additional social support for orphans and children left without parental care, a forecast of non-tax revenues to the regional budget in the next three years and other information. In addition, it was decided to create a Scientific Expert Council under the committee.

A meeting of the Legislative Assembly Committee of the Omsk Region on Legislation and Local Self-Government was held. Having considered the bill supplementing the list of powers of the regional government, the deputies heard information about the practice of applying certain articles of the Code of the Omsk Region on Administrative Offenses and discussed the issue of the committee’s work plans in 2022.

Bills prepared in connection with changes in federal legislation on state and municipal control, as well as on tourism activities, on archival affairs were considered today by the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Youth Policy. In addition, the committee decided to recommend that the regional parliament accept for consideration a draft law providing for adjustments to the salaries and rates of junior teachers, after-school teachers and other education workers.
