The law will apply to legal relations arising from January 1, 2020. 



For consideration a current draft law has been adopted aimed at creating favorable conditions for conducting investment activities in the Omsk region and providing for several tax preferences at once.
Thus, it is proposed to establish a lower tax rate for property tax at a rate of 0 percent for organizations that have entered into an implementation agreement corporate program to increase competitiveness (Corporate program) with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, implementing Corporate program in relation to property intended and used for the production of products that are the subject of the Corporate programs.  

In addition, it is planned to establish tax benefits for property tax and a simplified taxation system for managers companies of industrial (industrial) parks, agro-industrial parks, industrial technology parks (Parks) and residents of Parks.


It is also planned to establish lower tax rates on income tax for organizations  - residents of special economic zones in accordance with federal legislation. Tax preferences will only apply to profits from activities carried out on territory of the special economic zone.    
The implementation of these support measures will allow organizations intensify technological re-equipment to improve quality and product characteristics, and therefore accelerate growth export potential of the Omsk region, and will also contribute to the creation and development of parks in the Omsk region.
