This is the Law of the Omsk Region "On the organization of regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road and urban ground electric transport in municipal and intermunicipal traffic, by water transport in suburban and intermunicipal traffic and by rail in suburban traffic in the Omsk Region", developed on the basis of the federal law of July 13, 2015 No. 220-FZ.
