This is the Law of the Omsk Region "On the organization of regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road and urban ground electric transport in municipal and intermunicipal traffic, by water transport in suburban and intermunicipal traffic and by rail in suburban traffic in the Omsk Region", developed on the basis of the federal law of July 13, 2015 No. 220-FZ.  



Remember that The corresponding bill was adopted for consideration by the regional parliament on October 29, 2015. Then the document was widely discussed in the relevant committee of the Legislative Assembly, at various round tables held with the participation of representatives of authorities and carriers. As a result, the document was finalized and adopted taking into account the comments and suggestions of interested parties.  As the speaker of the regional parliament Vladimir Varnavsky noted today, commenting on the adoption of the law, the bill was comprehensively discussed at various levels. “Everyone who wanted to participate in its discussion took part and contributed their proposals to it,” he said. “This is an expected law from the point of view of its practical implementation... Our law is awaited with special hope in remote villages. People must clearly imagine How regular will passenger transportation be, will the previously operating route network be completely restored, and will they see themselves in it? transport services for the population, requirements for schedules for the departure of vehicles on municipal and intermunicipal regular transportation routes, the procedure for establishing regulated tariffs for transportation on municipal and intermunicipal regular transportation routes, requirements for transportation at unregulated tariffs. It is expected that the implementation of the law will contribute to the development of the market for regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road along municipal and intermunicipal routes, and the development of transport infrastructure.
