On April 26, an extended meeting of the Legislative Assembly took place. The Governor, Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region Leonid Polezhaev spoke at it. He summed up the development of the Omsk region and his activities as head of the region. During the meeting, the regional parliament adopted a law amending the regional budget for 2012 and providing for an increase in spending on various socially significant items. Deputies also considered other important laws aimed at developing and strengthening the social and economic policy of the Omsk region
