On April 11, 2024, at a meeting of the social policy committee of the regional parliament, bills were considered that provided for changes to labor law standards and the Law of the Omsk Region “On the Protection of Health of the Population of the Omsk Region.” Deputies heard reports from relevant ministries on measures to reduce the migration outflow of the population from the region and on the organization of medical care for children in municipal areas.

On April 10, 2024, a meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region Committee on Property took place. Parliamentarians discussed a bill providing for the possibility of providing free use of property owned by the Omsk region to federal postal organizations for the placement of postal facilities. The deputies also discussed changes to regional laws relating to the cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation, education in the Omsk region, heard a report on the implementation of the law in the field of museum affairs and information on draft federal laws.

The bill providing for the introduction of such a liability measure was considered on April 10, 2024 by the Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region on Economic Policy and Investments. Deputies also discussed a draft law, according to which the procedure for determining the amount of income per family member is clarified, in order to recognize citizens as low-income and provide residential premises of the municipal housing stock under social tenancy agreements.
