1. Main results of the work of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for January - July 2015

In January - July 2015, the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region (hereinafter referred to as the Legislative Assembly) held 7 meetings. 192 issues were considered, 254 resolutions of the Legislative Assembly were adopted.

In accordance with the decision of the Presidium of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation at the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation “On the preparation of a Report on the state of Russian legislation in 2014” on January 27, 2015 at a meeting of the Legislative Assembly reviewed and took into account the Report on the state of legislation of the Omsk region in 2014, as well as the main results of the activities of the Legislative Assembly in 2014.

In connection with the statement of the Governor of the Omsk region V.I. Nazarov on early termination of powers and in accordance with subparagraph "c" of paragraph 1 and subparagraph "a" of paragraph 9 of Article 19 Federal Law of October 6, 1999 No. 184-FZ "On the general principles of organization of legislative (representative) and executive bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation" President of the Russian Federation V.V. In connection with the early termination of powers of the Governor of the Omsk Region V.I. Nazarov, in accordance with subparagraph 8 of paragraph 1 of Article 38 of the Charter (Basic Law) of the Omsk Region, Article 5 of the Law of the Omsk Region “On the Election of the Governor of the Omsk Region”, the Legislative Assembly scheduled the election of the Governor of the Omsk Region for September 13, 2015.
