  Place of birth: village Yakushkino, Oktyabrsky District, Tatar ASSR.

  Citizenship: Russian Federation.

  Education, specialty: higher, graduated from the Military-Political Academy named after V.I. Lenin in 1978, specializing in    "Military-Political Missile Forces".

  Work experience:  
  1961-1989 - service in the ranks of the Soviet Army (including from 1975 to 1978 - listener of the VPA named after V.I. Lenin);
  1990 - Dec. 1990 - Chief of the Military Security Department of the Omskgidroprivod plant;
  Dec. 1990 - Sept. 1991 - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Omskhydroprivod Plant;
  1991-1992 - Engineer of the OMTS of the Omskhydroprivod Plant;
  1992-1999 - Head of the Security Department of the Omskhydroprivod Plant;
  1999-2002 - Assistant to the Deputy of the Legislative Assembly;
  2002-2007 - Assistant to the Deputy of the Legislative Assembly.

 In 2011, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region in a single regional electoral district from the electoral association   Omsk regional branch of the political party "COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION", member of the committee on legislation, member of the committee on social policy.

 In 2016, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region in a single regional electoral district from the Omsk regional branch of the political party "COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION", member of the committee on legislation and local government, member of the committee on social policy.

 In 2021, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region of the seventh convocation in a single regional electoral district from the Omsk   regional branch of the political party "COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION", member of the committee on legislation and local government, member of the committee on social policy, deputy chairman of the commission of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for monitoring the accuracy of information on income,on property and property obligations submitted by deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region. 

 Current place of work, position:
 Chairman of the Council of the Omsk City Public Organization of Veterans (Pensioners) of War, Labor, the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies since    January 1999; pensioner.

Awarded:

• Order "For Service to the Homeland in the Armed Forces of the USSR" 3rd degree (1980) and 15 jubilee medals.

Hobbies: table tennis, fishing.

 Marital status: married, two children.
