   1992 - prosecutor of the department for supervision of compliance with laws in economic activity, social and environmental spheres of the prosecutor's office of the Omsk region;
   1992-1994 - deputy chairman of the Property Fund of Omsk;
   1994-2003 - general director of AOZT "Elektrotochpribor";
   
In 2002, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region, since 2004 - deputy chairman of the committee on legislation of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region.
In 2007, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for the Leninsky-Kirovsky Electoral District No. 13, deputy chairman of the committee on legislation, member of the committee on economic policy and investment.
In 2011, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for the Leninsky-Kirovsky Electoral District No. 13, deputy chairman of the committee on legislation, member of the committee on economic policy and investment.
In 2016, 2021, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region for the Leninsky-Kirovsky Electoral District No. 13, chairman of the committee on legislation, member of the committee on agrarian policy, natural resources and ecology.
