In 2003, he defended his dissertation for the academic degree of candidate of legal sciences on the topic "Liability for criminal pollution of waters". In October 2014, at the Dissertation Council at the Ural State Law University, he defended his dissertation for the academic degree of doctor of legal sciences on the topic "Crimes against the natural environment: theoretical foundations and practical application". In March 2016, he was awarded the academic degree of doctor of legal sciences.     
 
  Work experience:
 
 1987 – 1989 – service in the Soviet Army (deputy platoon commander, sergeant, excellent SA, 1st class specialist);
  1989 – 1994 – study at the law faculty of Omsk State University;
  1993 – 1996 – investigator, assistant, senior assistant prosecutor in the Omsk interdistrict environmental prosecutor's office;
  1996 – 1999 – LLC "Law firm "Siberian Tandem";
  1999– to the present – ​​Director of Magistr Law Firm LLC;
  2007–2011 – Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia”;
  2011–2014 – Associate Professor of the Department of the NOU VPO “Omsk Law Academy”
  2015 – to 2022 – Professor of the Department of the Private Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Siberian Law University”.  
 
  In 2016, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region of the sixth convocation for Central Electoral District No. 8, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Legislation and Local Government, member of the Property Committee.
  In 2021, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region of the seventh convocation for Central Electoral District No. 8, chairman of the social policy committee, member of the property committee.
 
  Current place of work, position: Vice President of High Technologies JSC.

• Awarded the honorary title "Honored Lawyer of the Omsk Region".
